Everyone likes different things from their brownie – I look for a chocolatey fudgey consistency; when you bite in and the flavour consumes your mouth the more you chew. For other people it may be a chewy brownie or a cakey brownie.
If you cook them perfectly, don’t stir too much and don’t scramble the eggs you’ll make something amazing that you’ll never be able to go back.
Whats more, I’ve made other brownie before, spending time whisking eggs whites and folding in flour carefully etc but didn’t come out with anything as lovely as these. These brownies were so easy to make with little skill needed!

270 g light brown sugar
115 g plain flour
35 g cocoa powder
